Description
The house includes :
Small living room, an open plan dining room and kitchen opening to the
garden on the ground floor.
Upstairs : double bedroom and en suite bathroom, second twin bedroom
with fireplace and a writing/reading corner.
Old house, 70 m2, renovated with taste and comfort.
Equipment
1 Large doublebed – 2 single beds
Sheets, duvets and linen for the house – washing machine, bath
with shower and an electric water heater.
Gas Hobs, microwave oven – Fridge – Kettle, coffee and tea
pots – Blender – and plates, dishes knifes and forks for

Heaters : 2 log burners for winter + 2 electric heaters – a ventilator
fan.
Radio casset CD player .
CAUTION : This house has two levels and
is not recommended for very young children nor aged people, or handicaped.
Inside and outside stairs.
Pets are not allowed.
It is not possible to take your car directly to the house. There is
a car park at the beginning of the village then a very short walk to
the house. A car is necessary to reach the village and go shopping.
Between sea and mountain
Altitude 1100 m // South/East orientation
The large village of PITRES is 2km away : Medicial center, Pharmacy,
Bank, Bread shop, Super market, news papers, tobacco, Post office, schools
and sport center, restaurants and bars.
Nearest towns : Orgiva and Trevelez 20 Km – Bubion And Capilera
10 Km – Lanjaron 15 Km
The town of GRANADA and the Mediterranean Coast are just over one hour
away.
Activities
Walking.- Mountain Biking - Horse-Riding, swimming in the Mediterranean
Sea or under the local waterfalls or rivers -and if you like skiing
(the resort is right above Granada) in the Sierra Nevada are some of
the practised activities.
Acces
By Plane from Malaga or Granada Airport.
By car from Granada :
Take the road to Granada, then the ring road (circunvalacion) then the
Motorway to the Mediterranean, direction south towards MOTRIL. Way out
N° 167 direct to LANJARON/LA ALPUJARRA.
In Lanjaron follow the road A348 direction ORGIVA – Just before
Orgiva on the left after the BP station, take A4132 going up to TREVELEZ.
Follow up the road until you cross the village of PAMPANEIRA, follow
the main road till you arrive in the village of PITRES, still following
the road for one Km then on the right hand side take a small road heading
downhill for another Km and you arrive at the Park ing of Atalbeitar.
The road doesn’t go any further
By car from Malaga
:
From the Airport take the Motorway direction MALAGA, and then (circunvamlacion)
follow the motorway direction NERJA/MOTRIL/ALMERIA
Just before Motril take again the NEW motorway towards GRANADA. Take
exit for ORGIVA and follow the A348 till the bridge of Orgiva, cross
the town and on leaving Orgiva, after the bridge, on the right hand
side take the A4132 going up to TREVELEZ, Follow the road up until you
cross the village of PAMPANEIRA, follow the main road till you arrive
in the village of PITRES, still following the road for one Km then on
the right hand side take a small road heading downhill for another Km
till you arrive at the Parking of Atalbeitar. The road doesn’t
go further
